First Appointment

Your journey begins with a scheduled appointment that includes a brief physical exam and a review of your medical history to determine your eligibility and the most appropriate treatment options for you. During this visit, you'll receive a patient handbook along with any prescribed medications, if approved. Please allow up to one hour for your first appointment.

Locations & Hours

After your initial visit, you're welcome to walk in once a week at your convenience during our regular office hours, no appointment necessary.
