First Appointment

Your journey begins with a scheduled first appointment that includes a brief physical exam and a review of your medical history to determine eligibility and the most appropriate treatment options for you. During this visit, you'll receive a patient handbook along with any prescribed medications, if approved. Please allow up to one hour for your first appointment.
